Do you sell to the public or only to the trade?
Both. The prices are draft wholesale prices. A home gardener can order the same kits. A shop buying for resale can write to contact@downsgreenhouse.shop and we will talk through a larger run.
Are the products in one big collection?
No. A greenhouse kit is only in Greenhouse kits. A cold frame is only in Cold frames. An accessory is only in Greenhouse accessories.
Where do you ship?
The United States, all states and the District of Columbia. Not to PO boxes and not outside the country. Freight is $49, or free at $500 in goods, and checkout confirms the rate.
How fast will it arrive?
Order by 2:00 PM Central Time in Chicago on a business day. Handling is 1 to 2 business days. Transit is 3 to 5 business days. The total is 4 to 7 business days. Weekends, the cutoff, and holidays move the start to the next business day.
Can you mail a return?
No. Returns are in store only at 5018 E Thomas Rd, Phoenix, AZ 85018, United States, within 14 days of delivery, new goods only, defective or not. There is no restocking fee. A refund goes to the original payment method within 14 days after we accept the return. Exchanges use the same rules.
Can I cancel?
Yes, before the carrier has the goods. Call +1 602-840-2600 or email contact@downsgreenhouse.shop. After the carrier has the shipment, use the refund policy.
Is the shop name on the door the same as the site?
The storefront name is Down's Wholesale Greenhouse. The counter is at the Thomas Road address above.
