Cutoff
The order cutoff is 2:00 PM, GMT-06:00, Central Time in Chicago. That clock is the cutoff even though the shop is in Phoenix. Arizona does not stay on that same clock all year, so check the Chicago time before you assume an order will leave the same day.
Handling and transit
Handling is 1 to 2 business days, Monday through Friday. Transit is 3 to 5 business days for every destination, Monday through Friday. The total time from a weekday order placed before cutoff to delivery is 4 to 7 business days.
An order placed after the cutoff, or on a weekend or a holiday, starts handling on the next business day. A holiday moves the estimate by the closed days. We do not count Saturday or Sunday as handling or transit days.
Rates
United States orders ship free, and the charge is confirmed at checkout before you pay. A remote driveway, a liftgate, or a redelivery requested by the carrier can change a quote before the label is bought, and we will tell you before we proceed.
