You may cancel an order from Down's Wholesale Greenhouse before it leaves our hands.
Before we pack
Call +1 602-840-2600 or email contact@downsgreenhouse.shop with the order number. If handling has not started, we cancel the order and refund the original payment method. The refund follows the same 14-day timing as an accepted return, counted from the day we confirm the cancellation.
After handling starts
If the goods are already packed but not yet with the carrier, we will still try to stop the shipment. If we can, the cancellation stands and the payment is refunded. If the carrier already has the goods, the order cannot be cancelled. Use the refund policy instead: United States buyers, new goods only, in store at 5018 E Thomas Rd, Phoenix, AZ 85018, United States, within 14 days of delivery, with no restocking fee.
Our cancellations
We may cancel an order we cannot fill, or an order placed to an address outside the United States. If we cancel, we refund the original payment in full, including any freight you were charged.
